Entry Position: Luke Radick has honed his sales skills over the past two decades. His first experience dates to when he was a teenager. In the summer of 2002, at age fifteen, Luke had a summer job as a telemarketer that contracted for a resort in the Poconos. As his first experience getting on the phone and calling individuals, he was able to gain valuable knowledge of the skills needed for cold calling. The position required Luke to set appointments for individuals living in the NYC metro area at the resort for a tour. This tour would allow the individuals to see all the amenities the resort offered and allow the sales team at the resort to offer the individuals an opportunity to purchase vacation and timeshare packages.
